Affirmation: I Am Thankful For My Body
Take some time this week to think of your body in a positive light. Focus on the things that you are able to do with your body and all that you are capable of because of it.
In these videos, I dive into why this affirmation is important. In addition I give thoughts and ideas for applying it into your life. Remember that when it comes to affirmations, you are not lying to yourself, you are committing to believing them.
I Am Thankful
Our bodies are gifts and there are so many reasons to be thankful for them. Focus on what you can do and not on what you can’t. Create a gratitude journal/list for this affirmation.
What Can I Do?
Ask yourself 2 questions each day:
1. What can I do with my body today?
2. What did I do with my body today for which I am thankful?
These questions will help you to gain a greater appreciation for your body.
Your Body Is A Gift

God has given us our bodies and we are capable of so much because of this gift.
Know Where You Want To Go
Have a vision of the thoughts and feelings that you want to have around your body and build a plan from there.
Changing Your Thoughts
Change negative thoughts to either a positive or neutral thought.
