You know your kids are capable of so much. So are you. As you focus on changing your thoughts about yourself and circumstances, you will begin to see a change in those around you. You will connect more with your kids because you are intentionally trying to. You will teach your kids how to step outside their comfort zone because you will be an example of doing it.
