Your emotions are so important. They are part of what makes you human, what makes you, you. Allow yourself to feel them and to learn from them. 

In these videos, I dive into why this affirmation is important. In addition I give thoughts and ideas for applying it into your life. Remember that when it comes to affirmations, you are not lying to yourself, you are committing to believing them.

This week we are focusing on embracing all emotions. Doing so will help us to live more in line with who we truly are and help us to move through our experiences more effectively.

Emotions are not bad. They are tools that give us more insight into ourselves and what we think.

Don’t stuff down your negative emotions. Allow them to teach you about what you are thinking. From there you can make intentional choices in your life that you won’t regret. 

Smothering positive emotions is something that we do more often than we think. We keep ourselves from feeling our joy more deeply and from celebrating our accomplishments. 

Don’t smother or stuff down your emotions, but perhaps you do need to put them aside for a safe time and place to experience them. Make sure to schedule in time to do so.
