13 printable affirmation cards for a deeper connection with family
Ways to use:
*Choose 1 affirmation at a time to work on. Put that affirmation card in a spot you see often. Each day, maybe even multiple times a day, say the affirmation to yourself.
*Every morning write out the affirmation you are working on. Then brainstorm ways you can live that affirmation that day.
*Every evening write out the affirmation you are working on. Then write down how you lived that affirmation that day.
*Spread the affirmation cards around your home, car, workplace so that you are surrounding yourself with uplifting thoughts through out the day.
*Share a card with a friend or family. Tell that person how you have seen them live that affirmation.
*Share a card with a friend or family. Discuss with them why it’s important to you, listen to their thoughts about it, and together brainstorm ways to live the affirmation.
While I do suggest sharing a card or two with a friend, please refrain from giving the pdf or jpeg file to them.
